John Kazanjian

John Kazanjian John R. Kazanjian, RRP is Executive Vice President for Star Resort Group (SRG), a leading developer, marketer and seller of luxury fractional ownership real estate, private residence clubs, condo-hotels, timeshares and whole ownership resort real estate products in North America. John has cultivated a career in luxury resort property development. After receiving his MLA degree in land-use planning from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University and a B.S. degree in landscape architecture from Rutgers University, John spent the first decade of his career focused in second-home recreational resort development and broader-scale land-use issues. For the past two decades, John has centered his attention in fractional resort real estate and vacation ownership development. He has held hands-on sales management responsibilities generating more than $300 million dollars in resort sales. His combined sales and resort planning experience provides a unique perspective that ensures project continuity from program conceptualization stages through to successful marketing and sales campaigns. John Kazanjian was a co-founder and EVP of The World's Finest Resorts, an exchange and travel benefit company for luxury resort property owners. In March 2005, World's Finest Resorts was acquired by Cendant/RCI and WFR's 50 resort affiliates were rolled into RCI's Registry Collection. He has been a member of ARDA since 1988 and is certified as an ARDA Registered Resort Professional (RRP).
