Simple Hamburger Grilling Recipe

   

So you are about to whip out the grill but you have writer's block (or grill chef's block rather) and don't know exactly what to prepare. Well truth be told, grilling is as much about creativity as it is about understanding the basic fundamentals.

If you've got some hamburger patties but are tired of the same old grilling patterns that you've done since middle school, well here's a fresh new recipe for your hamburgers that you can try out.

Make sure to have ground meet at least a day in advance with the following components of lean ground beef, medium onion, minced garlic cloves, teaspoon salt, and a teaspoon of fresh ground pepper to taste.

Make sure to ground the onion so that it is mixed into the meet with the juices as well as it's natural oils. Add the other component recipes into the burger in a careful fashion. Place this mixture into the fridge for 24 hours before you use it.

When you get the mixtures out of the fridge make sure to create patties out of them. Now you can feel free to grill your concoction. Do not over do the grilling otherwise many of the natural juices will come apart at the seams which will cause it to lose it's flavorful properties. That's a no-no.
