Get Rid of That Pot Belly!

   

So you want to lose that little gut or pot belly; not just to look better but also because it will make you feel better and give you confidence to look a woman in the eye!

Now here is all you have to do ... memorize this routine ... and do it everyday as long as you need to and then only three times a week as long as you want to:

The Pot Belly Eliminator

STEP ONE

Stand with your feet about 15-18 inches apart. Place your hands on your knees so you are slightly bent over. RELAX!

Start slowly breathing in and then slowly breathing out ... continue doing this but gradually quicken up the pace until you are making your belly area go in and out very quickly by breathing in and out faster. DO THIS WHILE YOU MENTALLY COUNT TO 20. It doesn't take a long time.

RELAX and then repeat the above step two more times.

See ... that wasn't hard to do!

STEP TWO

Take the same position again, feet apart and hands on your knees.

This time inhale all the air you can and DON'T breathe out! Don't keel over either!

While you are in a state of not breathing, suck your stomach in for a count of 4 and then out for a count of 2. Do this quickly 3 times. And then take a big breath!

RELAX and repeat the above step two more times.

See ... that wasn't hard to do either!

STEP THREE

Now comes the smash ending ... take the same position again, feet apart and hands on your knees.

This time exhale all the air you can and hold your breath. Then suck your stomach all the way in and hold it for the count of 20, not 20 seconds but mentally count up to 20 and then take a breath.

RELAX and repeat the above step two more times.

And that's it! Do this 3 step routine doing each step 3 times and you will gradually reach your goal. This five-minute exercise routine is not for the fellow that is 50 pounds overweight or something like that. Man, you have to go on a diet and lose some weight first and then this little exercise routine will do wonders. Good Luck!
