Many people have observed that Illegal Aliens coming from Mexico, Central and South America come to the United States for higher wages and thus a huge economic incentive. Recently this subject came up in an online think tank when a think considered what if an American were paid more in another country, would they go there and send the money back and accumulate wealth too? If I could go to Canada and make $150,000 a year I'd probably try, and some of the people who get most upset about immigration probably would too. We're all humans, and we want something better. This is definitely a gray area. Indeed and you may go work in a foreign nation; lets say middle east if you have a skill and get paid excellently and keep the first $75,000 tax free and therefore we have things set up for this. But you go there with a sponsored company and you can stay there based on rules. Same in Canada perhaps for Chevron working with their new nanotech exploits to take oil from rock or building a pipeline or new environmentally friendly energy high tech infrastructure project for a multi-national conglomerate, but in doing so you will be made to follow their rules.
