Wisconsin is one of the most beautiful states in the US and for many of us it has a very special place in our hearts. This kind of love is also something that gives me motivation in my life to go on with my goals.

A guess of mine is that people that are born and raised in this beautiful state hold their home state ever dearer, in general, than people from other states.

Over the course of our life time we wander many paths and when the going sometimes get tough, it is nice to have a place to call home. Knowing that you can always return to Wisconsin can give you a safety net when you are at other places, trying to achieve big things in your life.

For those who don't understand what so special about Wisconsin, I have made a list with five of the things that are great about Wisconsin:

1. The cheese

Wisconsin is the dairy land of America and the cheese is just great.

2. The culture

Culture in this state has a nice blend to it and the University of Wisconsin serves as a hub.

3. Economy

Beer and bratwursts keep the money wheel spinning and I love both of them.

4. My favorite city

Milwaukee got to be one of the greatest cities in the world and has a population of 1,709,000 in the metropolitan area.

5. Football

The Green Bay Packers of the National Football League is like the icing on top of the cake for a true football fan.

The above is just a few of all the things in Wisconsin that I hold dear. Should you not yet have discovered the beauty of Wisconsin, I say that now is the time.

Every time I need to bring some more motivation into my life, I simply think about Wisconsin.
